Natural Grass Hanging Foraging Ball for Small Birds
I recently added the Natural Grass Hanging Foraging Ball to my parakeet's cage to see if it could curb some of his boredom-induced chewing. This simple, textured toy is designed to simulate natural foraging environments for small avian companions.
Performance & Build Quality
The ball is constructed from high-quality, non-toxic dried grass that feels sturdy enough to withstand aggressive shredding sessions. It is lightweight yet durable, ensuring it holds its shape while providing enough resistance to keep a bird occupied for hours.
Day-to-Day Experience
Setting up the toy is incredibly easy as it hangs securely from any standard cage bar. My birds took to it almost immediately, spending their mornings pulling at the grass fibers and exploring the ball from every angle.
This is a perfect choice for owners of small, curious birds like parrotlets and budgies who need physical and mental stimulation.
Final Thoughts
Overall, this toy is a fantastic investment in your pet's daily enrichment. With a well-deserved 4.8 out of 5 rating, the $24.90 price point is justified by the hours of safe, instinctual fun it provides.
